Effective January 1, 2010, rule 10.500 of the California Rules of Court set forth comprehensive public access provisions applicable to the judicial administrative records maintained by state trial and appellate courts, and the Judicial Council.

Judicial administrative records

Judicial administrative records relate to the operation of the court, such as budget information.

Please direct requests for access to judicial administrative records maintained by the Superior Court to:

Ms. Kim Turner, Court Executive Officer
Superior Court of California, County of Mendocino
100 North State Street, Room 303
Ukiah, CA   95482

The Dourt will make identifiable judicial administrative records available upon request, unless the records are exempt from disclosure under rule 10.500.  Provision of records may be subject to payment of a fee.

Case related records

Judicial administrative records do not include court case records.  If you are looking for criminal records, traffic tickets, judgments, etc., these are maintained by the Court Clerk's offices.  Visit our Records Division page for more information on viewing and obtaining copies of these records.
