If you have Jury Duty:	Report to room G-1 on the ground level of the Ukiah Courthouse.

The courthouse is on the northwest corner of State and Perkins. See Map From Lake County: Take Highway 20 west to Hwy 101. Go south to Ukiah to the Perkins Street exit. Parking:	Both free and coin operated parking is available downtown at the courthouse.
Access for Disabled:	The Perkins Street entrance for wheelchair access, and accessible restrooms are located on the 5th floor. Requests for other accommodations may be made to the Court Clerk.
