Voluntary Program
The FDDC Program is a voluntary program provided in partnership with Social Services and the Division of Substance Use Disorders Treatment (SUDT). With a referral from Social Services, SUDT will assess and recommend a parent/legal guardian to the FDDC.
SUDT will develop an individual treatment plan for each participant. Fulfillment of this plan is required to successfully complete the FDDC. SUDT will provide weekly status reports to the court and Social Services regarding each FDDC participant’s progress in treatment. Couples may be referred together but may be placed on different “tracks” for treatment.
FDDC Program components
- Individual Treatment Plan through SUDT
- Residential Treatment program, as needed
- Regular Court Appearances at 30, 60,.90, 120, 150, and 180 days of compliance and treatment
- Graduation upon successful completion of the program.
Graduation and Termination
Graduation will occur upon the successful completion of participant's treatment plan with SUDT and other Court requirements.
With a repeated failure to comply with the requirements, FDDC may be terminated as unsuccessful.
