1990 to 2000 - Ukiah (Superior Court)
The second computerized system was implemented in 1990, covering civil and felony cases. All case types are combined in a single alphabetized index. To make searching easier, the index is separated into separate files, separated by first letter of the party name.

1984 to 1990 - Ukiah (Superior Court)
The first computerized case management system for Superior Court cases was implemented in 1984, covering civil and felony cases. This index system was patterned after the manual ledgers, and there is a separate ledger for plaintiffs, defendants, and felony cases. For convenience, the ledgers are also split into separate sections by the first letter of the party name, for quick access. As the index is a computer-generated list, all names are alphabetized.

1979 to 1992 - Ukiah (Justice Court)
The first computerized case management system for the Ukiah Justice Court was implemented in 1979, covering small claims and limited civil filings. Filings after this date are included in the current County-wide Index.

1925 to 1984 - Ukiah (Superior Court)
Initially, civil and felony cases were listed by hand in large ledger books. Scanned images of these books are available starting in 1925 for Plaintiff indices and 1930 for Defendant indices. Earlier books are available for viewing in the Court Clerk's Office in Ukiah.

Anderson Valley Justice Court (Boonville) - 1984-1997 (Justice Court)
The Anderson Valley Justice Court maintained paper records of all court cases up through 1998, when it was consolidated with other courts in the county, and cases managed on a computerized case management system.

The Round Valley Justice Court maintained paper records of all court cases up through 1998, when it was consolidated with other courts in the county, and cases managed on a computerized case management system.

Ten Mile Justice Court (Fort Bragg) (Justice Court)
The Ten Mile Justice Court maintained paper records of all court cases up through 1989, when it went on its first computer system. In 1991, the court was consolidated with other courts in the county, and cases managed on the countywide computerized case management system.
