Traffic Division

The Traffic Division in Ukiah and Fort Bragg handles all adult traffic and other infraction citations issued in Mendocino County.  Juvenile traffic citations are handled by Mendocino County Juvenile Probation.

The clerk's offices in both branches are open Monday through Friday, excluding judicial holidays.

Juvenile traffic citations are handled by the Mendocino County Juvenile Probation Department. You may phone them at (707)234-6900.

Franchise Tax Board Tax Intercept Program

Delinquent cases are referred to the Franchise Tax Board to intercept any State tax refund, unclaimed property, or lottery winnings due to the party on the case and redirect those funds to the Court.  You may contact the Court for your balance due and payment options or pay online.

Delinquent cases may be transferred to FTB COD program for collection action including payment plans, bank levies, and wage garnishments.
